Dro Menassian, Esq. started his legal career as General Counsel for a multi-million dollar company. As general counsel, his role was to oversee the legal matters of the business as a whole, including acting as the business’ legal representative. Specifically, his duties included advising executive members on new laws, existing laws and legal rights that would impact functionality of the business. He would also maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations with extensive and thorough record keeping.
Inevitably any business will encounter hurdles and legal hardships in todays legal terrain. As a result, Dro had to craft and review legal strategy in response to any litigation that the company was a part of. That included anything from real estate transactions, lessor/lessee agreements, personal injury claims, breach of contract claims, unfair business practice claims, and property damage claims just to name a few. As a result, Dro had to keep an accurate record of all legal documents and proceedings for the company, communicate with outside counsel and make any necessary statutory or regulatory filings.
From his work in the business sector Dro was able to defend and prosecute a number of personal injury claims. Since then, Dro has helped his injured clients recover thousands of dollars for their injuries and pain and suffering.
